Refillable and prefilled pods
Refillable pods need suitable e-liquid and periodic replacement. Prefilled pods are replaced when empty. Follow the manufacturer instructions for filling, priming and storage.

How do I find the correct replacement pod?
Use the full model name printed on the device and match it against the compatibility list on the pod packaging or manufacturer website.
Why does a new pod taste burnt?
For refillable pods, the wick may not have absorbed enough liquid. Stop using it and follow the manufacturer priming instructions before trying again.
