Use a reachable UAE mobile number

Enter the name, mobile number and full delivery address exactly as the courier should receive them. Include the emirate, area, building or villa number and any useful landmark. An incomplete address is the most common reason a delivery needs another call.

Payment and order confirmation

Cash on delivery is shown at checkout when it is available for the order. Review the product, option, quantity, delivery charge and final total before confirming.

After the order is placed, keep the order number. You can use it with the phone number from the order on the Track Order page.

When the order arrives

Check that the outer package and item match the order before opening sealed product packaging. If an item is incorrect, damaged or defective, contact customer support promptly and keep the packaging while the issue is reviewed.
